eNotas affiliate program participation policy

In addition to filling out our form, it is necessary to request an affiliation request on the Hotmart platform.
To be an eNotas affiliate, it is mandatory to have a CNPJ.
Correctly completed forms are approved within 3 business days. The result is formally sent by email.

Once a month, it is necessary to send the invoice with the total amount of commissions transferred by Hotmart to you, referring to the sales of our product (eNotas Issuer). Failure to comply with this rule implies the immediate exclusion of the affiliate from the Affiliate Program.

Note activity must be related to affiliation activity. If in doubt, consult an accounting professional.

Anyone who buys the word eNotas or keywords from eNotas on Google Ads will be automatically blocked from the Affiliate Program without notice.
It is not allowed to carry out advertisements or any other type of action on behalf of eNotas (it must be clear to the audience that the action is promoted by an affiliate, and not by eNotas itself).
It is not allowed to advertise products and services that we do not offer.
Do not spam, send emails only to those who have authorized their sending and have a profile aligned with the personas to which the solution is intended.
Pay attention to Portuguese errors in ads, emails, posts, among other pieces. Communicate clearly.

It is important to know that the commission is assigned by the browser's cookie system and it is the buyer's responsibility and responsibility to correctly use the affiliate's hotlink.

If there is any problem in assigning the commission, the affiliate can contact the eNotas team so that the context is analyzed and, if possible, the attribution is corrected.
The affiliate will not receive the commission if he makes the purchase of eNotas for individual benefit, using the hotlink itself.
The affiliate will only receive the commission while the customer is active on the Hotmart platform. After the customer leaves Hotmart, the commission will be paused.

Discount coupons will only be released for affiliates with high performance.
Coupons will be valid for 7 days and can only be requested every three months.
The means of dissemination of the coupon must be notified to the eNotas team in order to be approved. Otherwise, coupons will be cancelled.
Explicit disclosure of the discount coupon is prohibited.

Failure to comply with the above rules will lead to immediate exclusion from the Affiliate Program, without prior notice.
