Any digital producer or company that needs to issue invoices can hire eNotas. There are solutions for different sizes and contexts of business here! To hire eNotas, you only need to have a CNPJ. Only as a legal entity it will be possible to create an account to view and manage your invoices, without even having to leave the platform.
The eNotas subscription is by issuing CNPJ, so your additional CNPJ will need a new subscription. The advantage is that if you’re a partner in this new company, you guarantee a 50% discount for it in any of our annual plans!
eNotas calculates how many invoices each co-producer will be responsible for automatically. In other words, in co-production, each part issues their invoices to buyers and only with the amount of sale proportional to their percentage at Hotmart.
In this way, no co-producer will pay tax on a sale in which another co-producer has already issued a note. The accounts of the co-producers are connected and it is possible to view any invoice issued for the product made in partnership.
In the report, it is even possible to filter how many notes each co-producer issued using tags. Ex.: #ResponsabilidadeMinha. An important detail is that co-production is not activated by default. To do this, simply contact support and ask to activate it.
It is possible to configure eNotas to issue 2 different documents for the same sale, based on percentages specified by you and your accounting. In this case, it is possible to issue a service invoice for 80% of the sale price and the remaining 20% for a product invoice (model 55).
If you have not customized at the code level or used third-party plugins that change the traditional payment flow of WooCommerce, chances are our integration will work 100%.
On the other hand, since WooCommerce is an extremely flexible open-source tool, some third-party customizations and extensions can directly impact the platform is core (especially if they don not follow best practice recommendations) and make our integration unfeasible.
In the latter case, we suggest that you subscribe to eNotas and ask for help from our support (through our live chat) to validate that your scenario is served perfectly in eNotas. If it is not met, we will refund 100% of your investment and we can remain friends!

Recalling that the invoice refers to the surpluses of the previous month.
It is important that you upgrade your plan before generating surpluses, as your plan change will only apply to notes issued after the payment of the new plan has been identified, so the excess notes will be due.
If, for whatever reason, within the first 30 days, you believe that eNotas is not the best solution for you, just email us and we will refund 100% of your investment.
After this period, the cancellation will not generate the right to any refund, nor a refund of the amounts payable in cases of installments of the annual and half-yearly subscription.
For the Product NF-e the A1 certificate is mandatory. If you are going to issue the invoice service, the need for the certificate will depend exclusively on your municipality. If your city requires the certificate, you will need the A1 model (contained in a file).
eNotas automates invoice issuance even without a certificate in several municipalities, such as São Paulo, São Bernardo do Campo, São José dos Campos, Barueri, Guarulhos, Joinville, Santo André, Santana de Parnaíba, and several others.
